Experience in OS Hardening, performance and OS tuning.
Problem determination and resolution within SLA's
Handel Remote calls through tool and resolve users querys.
Should be able to Perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents
Ability to quickly analyse & diagnose technical desktop Hardware \Software related problems
