We are seeking an exceptionally talented Digital Marketing professional with responsibility to conceptualize and execute digital performance marketing initiatives. You need to demonstrate deep understanding and knowledge of digital and mobile marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the digital marketing strategy. Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of digital/mobile advertising initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of our entertainment solutions.
  • Establish and optimize a variety of digital advertising partnerships to drive greater adoption.
  • Work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, solving problems, analyzing adoption and making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights)
  • Coordinate with other cross-Amazon marketing professionals to leverage relationships, establish best practices for digital marketing and advertising
  • Collaborate closely with mobile technical and business teams within Amazon as well as external vendors to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects
  • Manage internal, agency and other external relationships to run campaigns across wide array of digital channels, networks and mediums, reaching maximum current and potential Amazon customers.
  • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy in improving scale or effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Present high quality documents to leadership
  • Work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the norm
  • Deliver results with strong bias for action in an ambiguous environment
Basic Qualifications
  • Post graduate degree
  • Deep knowledge of the display advertising eco-system including hands-on experience with mobile ad networks, media buying agencies, GDN, programmatic buying, social media and re-targeting
  • Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results
  • Proven track record in B2C traffic generation, managing digital/mobile advertising.
  • 8+ years of direct traffic marketing work experience in OTT space, preferably in Digital Media industry
  • Must be highly analytical, with a sound grasp of digital media planning and performance optimization strategies. Must be very commercially aware, having owned marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scale.
  • Strong understanding of metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs. Be able to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs.
  • Strong drive for execution and delivering results. An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done and thinking big at the same time
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills with attention-to-detail.
  • Strong customer obsession
  • Intuition for customer communication; adept at marketing copywriting
  • Strong data management skills in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the digital video industry will be an added advantage
  • Experience managing programs across diverse Amazon owned channels (cross-site, email, push messaging) will be an advantage
  • Experience in developing and executing brand marketing campaigns will be a plus
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies will be an added advantage
  • Experience with SQL would be a plus
