YOUR ROLE: You will be managing custom market research projects of various scopes and with a range of deliverables for multiple quantitative and qualitative research projects. A major focus of the role is building strong relationships with clients, direct interaction with vendors, internal operations teams. This position requires strong and clear communication skills, outstanding client service, dedication to company goals, and passion for quality.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create & communicate project timelines to client and set delivery expectations
• Maintain project documentation including questionnaires, project specifications, data processing specs, data tabs and any other relevant documents
• Coordinate client requirements with survey scripting to prepare survey for launch
• Test survey link to ensure programming quality prior to link delivery to the client
• Coordinate multiple vendor setup ensuring project delivery
• Monitor the data collection process with close scrutiny on sample management, field progress and quota control
• Communicate regularly with vendors on project status and provide strategic guidance for successful project completion
• Provide regular updates to client on field progress
• Coordinate with the data processing team for data delivery and tabulation
• Coordinate the coding of open ended verbatim with the coding team
• Performing sanity checks on data files, tabulation and coded data before client delivery
• Conduct troubleshooting (as required)
• Communicate and escalate any change in project scope, delivery timelines and/or any internal quality issues to Managers
• Provide final invoicing details to Sales and Bids
• Keep daily timesheets

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Post Graduate with 1+ years of prior experience in project management.
• Good business writing and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  •     Find or take photos of new Products, crop, edit and optimise for each marketplace

Traffic & SEO: Implement and manage Web analytics using Google Analytics, and other analytics tools; create Web and email analytics reports on an ongoing basis.
    Leverage social media to generate Web traffic and awareness, and meet other business and marketing objectives.
    Coordinate and liaise with the stakeholders including the Subject Matters Experts, and Offer Management teams to compile and track an online editorial calendar of content for online publishing
    Understand and develop web-specific content, and ensure that SEO/SEM strategies are implemented in the copy and framework to provide maximum search visibility
    Understand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, catalogues etc
    Liaise with agencies or in-house teams to implement and support campaigns
    Design and code email blasts; utilize email marketing platforms to manage and execute email marketing campaigns; manage email distribution lists; ensure email marketing best practice compliance.
    Investigate, evaluate and assess new ways of generating additional traffic / online orders
    Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, analytics, surveys etc)
    Work with the marketing teams to develop, maintain, and enhance web sites purchasing processes including tools to improve front-end website functionality.

Desired Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who is passionate about Web content and Internet Marketing.
    MBA with 4 to 7 years of Web / Online marketing / Digital Marketing experience; and experience with SEO/SEM, Social Media and Web advertising;
    Experience with digital workflows, deliverables and principles of Web and email usability, architecture, search and interfaces; Web and email marketing best practices and other functions related to Web marketing and communications.
    High level of attention to detail and a high desire to develop engaging online digital content and experiences.
