Role and Responsibilities
upGrad is looking for people passionate about management, technology, the future, and education to help design learning programs for working professionals to stay sharp and stay relevant and help build the careers of tomorrow. The job will include the following responsibilities:
Drive the tactical execution for new customer acquisition, revenue targets, cost monitoring, methods for reporting and the tracking and communication of results with key affiliates Successes include:
Deliver the monthly and quarterly media plan plans based on budget and Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
Identify and recruit relevant top producing affiliates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and Negotiate on multiple payout structures including CPL, CPA, CPC, CPO, CPV.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals and Managing the affiliate within budgets and CPA targets.
Managing the affiliate within budgets and CPA targets.
Optimize the affiliate marketing program by performing detailed reporting on partner performance, analyzing data and extracting key insights, performing quality checks
What we are looking for
3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Digital Marketing
Graduate / Masters Degree
Excellence in problem-solving and structuring of complex processes in new terrains.
